Lead with Confidence. Thrive Authentically.

I help professional women navigate leadership, neurodivergence, and life’s demands with clarity and confidence - so they can thrive authentically without sacrificing success or wellbeing.

Navigating the Messy Middle

Right now, you might feel stretched between professional ambition and personal responsibilities, leading through uncertainty, and facing challenges without a clear roadmap. It can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.

That uncomfortable in-between space? It’s the messy middle! It’s where you can unlearn old mindsets, expectations, and habits that no longer serve you and unlock the transformation your Future Self needs.

This crossroads - where career, leadership, and life often collide - brings uncertainty. But this phase isn’t just a challenge - it can be a catalyst for something bigger.

You might be here because you’re…

  • A leader, new or experienced, facing complex challenges and big expectations.

  • Neurodivergent, newly diagnosed or long aware, trying to work with your brain, not against it.

  • Juggling it all – work, caregiving, health, and the invisible load.

Or perhaps, all of the above!

For many of my clients, it’s not just about new tools or strategies. It’s the space to pause, reflect, and move forward with purpose that makes the real difference.

Together, we’ll cut through the noise, reconnect with what truly matters, and create a plan that helps you thrive.

Meet Claire

With 20 years of leadership and management experience in large, complex organisations, I understand the realities of navigating change and uncertainty. I’m a certified professional coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), blending my leadership experience with a deep appreciation for diverse ways of thinking, working, and leading. Being diagnosed with dyslexia later in life has given me deeper insight into the strength found in embracing difference and overcoming barriers.

My experiences in leading in complex environments, pivoting careers, advocating for change, and embracing neurodivergence, shape the reflective, supportive space I create with my clients.

  • “One of the biggest takeaways from coaching with Claire was feeling truly seen. She was clear, concise, and consistently supportive throughout. I now have a stronger belief in my strengths, and I’ve gained self-awareness that I’ll carry forward. Claire treated me as an individual and “not just another client.” I couldn’t have asked for a better coach and I wouldn’t change a thing. To me, this experience has been so valuable and instrumental in my development. Thank you so very much!!”

  • “I thoroughly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Claire. They were insightful, focused, and full of practical tools I can utilise in both my professional and personal life. Claire created the space where I felt safe to reflect, especially around how my behaviours relate with my neurodivergence. I never felt judged or pressured, and I’d absolutely recommend Claire to anyone looking for thoughtful, meaningful support.”

  • “I found the sessions struck the perfect balance between Claire supporting me whilst encouraging my own discovery. Claire asked the right questions to help me get to the root of issues I’ve been struggling with. My ADHD is not something I’ve really talked about before, but Claire was so understanding, and I felt immediately at ease. The strategies we developed are already making a real difference and it’s given me tools that will have such an impact on all aspects of my life going forwards.”
